By creating an account or using makesperfect, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your Account
You must:
Provide accurate information
Keep your login details secure
Be at least 18 years old
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (practice logs, comments, goals, routines etc.).
You grant us a non‑exclusive licence to display your content within the app.
Public Content
Content you mark as “public” will be visible to all users who are Friends.
4. Prohibited Behaviour
You may not:
Post illegal content
Harass, bully, intimidate, or humiliate others
Upload harmful, hateful, or abusive material
Impersonate others
Attempt to disrupt or hack the service
These align with the UK’s expectations for social platforms to prevent harmful behaviour.
5. Moderation
We may remove content that violates these Terms or UK online safety expectations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.
We provide:
Tools to report harmful behaviour (flag icons adjacent to all content).
Processes to review and act on reports (as expected under the UK Code of Practice for social platforms).
6. No Messaging
The app does not include private messaging.
All interactions are public (comments, likes, goals) to makesperfect Friends.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Liability
We are not liable for:
User‑generated content
Losses caused by service downtime
Harm caused by misuse of the app
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms.
We will notify users of significant changes.
